Hello Stratton Families - 

The 4th annual Stratton Carnival is this Friday, 6 May, 4-7 p.m.  With this Carnival we are celebrating a hugely successful year for our wonderful students, our fantastic teachers and staff, and our Stratton families.  There are opportunities to assist in helping make this our best Carnival yet!

If you would like to sign-up or assist with any of the below, please contact Mia Brennan, Mandy Sutton, or Evelyn Davidson via email (all cc’d):

1) Cakes/Desserts - please consider donating home made or store bought cakes/pies/cupcakes/desserts for our cake walk!  

 2) Set-up/Clean-up - we can use some strong bodies for set-up (starting at 2pm) and tear-down (at 7pm)

3) Working a bouncy, game or food station - we will have 5 inflatables, a multitude of games, cake walk, and food stations!  We’re running shifts from 3:30-5:30 and 5:30-7:30 (includes 30 minutes of clean-up).  Let us know where and when you’d like to assist! 

4) Enjoy the Carnival! -  we would love to see you and your family there at the Carnival!  Please take advantage of the opportunity to save $ and purchase tickets/wristbands in advance!  You can do so through your child’s classroom teacher not later than this Wednesday (another order form goes home today) or we will have the ticket booth by the car pick-up line Monday through Wednesday.   You can also purchase tickets and wristbands at the Carnival, but without 50% savings gained by purchasing in advance.
